Purity, sizing, shipping and returns
Is your silver hallmarked?
Every piece is 925 sterling silver and carries a purity stamp. Larger pieces ship with an authenticity certificate.
Will the silver tarnish?
All silver tarnishes over time when it meets air, moisture and perfume. Store your piece in its pouch and use the polishing cloth included with your order to bring the shine back.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear and match it to our size chart, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length in millimetres.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 24 to 48 hours. Metro cities usually receive delivery in 2 to 4 days, other locations in 4 to 7 days.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.
Do you take custom orders?
We do, for engraving and simple design changes. Message us on WhatsApp with what you have in mind and we will confirm timelines and pricing.
